Welcome to the KHDS Family! We’re honored to partner with you in your child’s educational journey. Below are the details you’ll need to review tuition and set up your payment account.

School Hours

Early Childhood through 5th Grade (Monday through Thursday) 8:10 AM – 3:40 PM
Middle School (Monday and Wednesday) 8:10 AM – 4:50 PM
Middle School (Tuesday and Thursday) 8:10 AM – 3:40 PM

Friday (all students) 8:10 AM – 2:35 PM
Friday, when we change the clock, and Shabbat is early 8:10 AM – 2:00 PM

Upon a parent’s enrollment in the Step-Up or the VPK program for their EC4-8th grade students, KHDS will do all the reporting necessary to receive the stipend. Upon receipt of these funds, we will deduct them from the tuition obligation of the student.

Volunteer Participation Policy
At Katz Hillel Day School (KHDS), we are deeply committed to fostering a strong and connected community where each family plays a vital role in enriching the educational experience of our children. To support this vision, we kindly ask all families to contribute at least 8 hours of volunteer service during the 2025-2026 school year. This initiative is designed not only to enhance your connection to the school but also to model the values of volunteerism, chesed (kindness), and community involvement for our students. We understand that every family has unique circumstances, and we are committed to working flexibly with you to find opportunities that align with your strengths, priorities, and availability. If completing the 8 hours is not feasible, you are encouraged to make a tax-deductible donation of $500 in lieu of your volunteer hours. Our primary goal is to create an environment where each family feels empowered to contribute in a way that is meaningful and manageable, thereby strengthening our collective commitment to our children’s growth and the Torah values that guide us.

Unified Payment System – FACTS
We’re using the FACTS system for all tuition and related payments. This means whether you’re paying for tuition, busing, after-school activities, trips, or any other KHDS related expense, it all happens through FACTS.

  • Setting up your FACTS Account
    Getting started is easy! Simply click here to set up your account and select your payment preferences. Once you’ve completed the initial setup, we’ll confirm your contract amount, and you’ll be notified by FACTS about your payment schedule. Remember, you can always check your payment details by logging into your FACTS account.
  • Financial Aid Applications
    If you’re applying for financial aid, please set up your FACTS account and select your payment preferences first. Our dedicated Scholarship Committee will then review and inform you about your finalized tuition commitment. Rest assured, no payments will be deducted until you approve any financial aid award amounts.
