Thank you for your interest in Katz Hillel Day School! Please review the key dates and submission details below to prepare for the 2027-2028 KHDS application for admission.

Application Information

A $197 non-refundable fee ($175 application fee + $22 FACTS processing fee) is required upon online submission. Please note that this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if an applicant is not invited for an interview or evaluation.

Please gather the following documents before starting your application:

• Birth certificate
• Current immunization records and physical health forms
• Report cards from the past two academic years
• Most recent standardized test results
• Any applicable educational evaluations, testing, or IEP documents

Please Note: If a specific grade is not visible in the portal, that class is currently at maximum capacity. Please submit a Waitpool Form so we can notify you if a seat opens.

Waitpool Information

Is your desired grade full?
If a grade is not listed on the application, the class is currently at full capacity. The Waitpool Form will open on Thursday, October 8, 2026 for grades without available spaces.

• No Fee or Commitment: The Waitpool Form is strictly a pre-application questionnaire and is not an official application. There are no fees, teacher recommendation requests, or interviews at this stage.
• Next Steps: Submitting the form notifies our admissions team of your interest, and candidates will be invited to formally apply as seats become available.
