Visitor Dress Code
At Katz Hillel Day School, we take great pride in being a Makom Torah, a place where Torah learning and living is at the heart of our school culture. Every day, our students come dressed in a manner that reflects the kavod (respect) due to tefillah and Torah learning. As valued partners in their chinuch (education), we invite our parents and guests to join us in modeling that same sense of dignity and respect when visiting our campus.
When planning a visit, whether for carpool, meetings, school programs, or special milestones, we kindly ask that you consider attire that is appropriate for a Makom Kadosh, much like you would when attending Shul. For men, this includes wearing a Kippah, and for women, wearing skirts of appropriate length and ensuring shoulders are covered.
We deeply appreciate your partnership in helping us nurture a school environment that reflects the values and kedushah (holiness) we strive to instill in our students. Together, we can ensure that KHDS continues to be a place where Torah is honored and cherished in every way.
